Hee Hee! I have had that paper for YEARS! Well I HAD to have it - being a toothfairy (aka ex Dental Nurse) and finally I get to use it!
So Annemiek has lost her first tooth! Bless her she was so excited! Had to phone Daddy at work to tell him! Soooooo - what is the going rate for your first tooth!?!?

How exciting Tracy and the paper is so fab and appropriate. The tooth fairy that comes to our house gives £1 but I have heard that at some homes upto £10 is given for the 1st one. Good luck. Our tooth fairy was sensible and started as she meant to go on!!!
Hate to say but the first one got £5 as teh tooth fairy had no change! Then £1 each tooth.
